Trafford Digital Business is a trading name of Al Hazzati Fashion Limited. We are a specialist AI search visibility agency based in Urmston, Trafford, Greater Manchester. We help small and local businesses across Trafford, Manchester, and the North West of England improve their visibility in AI-generated search results, including ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Bing Copilot, Claude, and Perplexity.

2. Our Services

Trafford Digital Business provides the following services:

AI Search Visibility Review (£25) A standalone 8-point digital assessment of your business website or social media presence, including an AI Visibility Score out of 100, delivered as a PDF report within 2 hours of sign-up and payment.

AI Search Visibility Packages Structured service packages designed to improve a business's visibility in AI-generated search results. Packages include a combination of the following:

• Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) Content Mapping
• Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) Signal Strengthening
• Schema and Structured Data Implementation
• AI Visibility File Creation (llms.txt, ai.txt, brand.txt, faq-ai.txt, identity.json)
• Website Entity Review
• Website Technical SEO and Email Deliverability Audit
• Business Directory Listing on trafforddigital.co.uk

Website Services On request, Trafford Digital Business may provide website build, migration, or technical services. Separate terms will be agreed in writing for website projects.

Business Directory Listings Free structured business listings on the Trafford Digital Small Business Community Directory, optimised for AI search visibility.

3. What Makes Our Services Different

Trafford Digital Business does not provide traditional digital marketing or advertising services. Our specialism is AI search visibility — helping businesses become trusted answer sources for AI-powered search platforms. This is a distinct and emerging discipline that goes beyond conventional SEO or paid advertising.

Our AI Visibility Review is a unique diagnostic product designed specifically for small businesses. For £25, business owners receive a clear, honest report on how AI systems currently see their business — comparable to an MOT for their digital presence. This level of insight and accessibility is specifically designed to support local businesses in Trafford and Greater Manchester.

4. Pricing and Payment

AI Search Visibility Review — £25

Payment is required in full at the time of sign-up via PayPal. Work begins upon receipt of cleared payment.

AI Search Visibility Packages — Payment Options

Packages under £500 — Full payment required upfront For packages priced below £500, full payment is required before work begins. This reflects the knowledge-intensive nature of the work, which begins immediately upon engagement.

Packages £500 and above — Three-stage payment plan available

Payment at each stage is required before the next stage of work commences. Final payment is due upon completion and before final files, reports, or recommendations are delivered to the client.

We reserve the right to pause or suspend work if a scheduled payment is not received within 7 days of the agreed date.

All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

5. Refund Policy

AI Search Visibility Review (£25) Due to the digital and time-sensitive nature of this service, refunds are not available once your PDF report has been delivered to your email address. If you have not received your report within 4 hours of payment during business hours, please contact aeo@trafforddigital.co.uk and we will investigate immediately.

AI Search Visibility Packages The Stage 1 deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced. If you wish to cancel after work has begun, you will be charged for work completed to that point, calculated on a pro-rata basis. Any overpayment beyond work completed will be refunded within 14 days.

If Trafford Digital Business is unable to deliver the agreed service due to circumstances within our control, a full refund of all payments made will be provided.

6. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver your AI search visibility service effectively, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business, website, and services
• Respond to reasonable requests for information or feedback within an agreed timeframe
• Attend scheduled review calls or respond to review requests at the midpoint and final stage
• Make payments at the agreed stages as set out in Section 4
• Not misrepresent your business or provide false information for inclusion in reports or directory listings

7. Intellectual Property

All reports, files, documentation, schema code, and written content created by Trafford Digital Business for your project remain the intellectual property of Al Hazzati Fashion Limited (trading as Trafford Digital Business) until full and final payment has been received. Upon receipt of final payment, ownership of all deliverables transfers to the client.

The Trafford Digital Business brand, website content, methodology, and AI visibility processes remain the intellectual property of Al Hazzati Fashion Limited at all times.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat any confidential business information shared during the engagement as strictly confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent, except where required by law.

9. Results and Guarantees

Trafford Digital Business does not guarantee specific AI visibility scores, search rankings, or business outcomes. AI search platforms update their algorithms and knowledge bases independently, and results may vary. We commit to applying best practice, professional expertise, and genuine effort to every client engagement.

AI Visibility Scores are assessed at the time of the review. Scores change over time as AI platforms evolve.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trafford Digital Business and Al Hazzati Fashion Limited shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses
• Loss of revenue, profit, or business opportunity
• Changes to AI search platform algorithms or policies beyond our control
• Inaccurate information provided by the client

Our total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms
